Gossip Girl Speculation: Predictions on the last episodes of Season 5

Ausiello: I’m going to sidestep your question and instead tell you that at least four of the nearly two dozen [Spoiler]‘d out entries on TVLine’s  2012 May Sweeps Scorecard  belong to Gossip Girl.

Based on TV Line's scorecard, I tried to predict which 4 things will happen to Gossip Girl. This is what I have come up with:

Number of couples having sex for the first time: At least 1
1. [SPOILER ALERT]

POSSIBILITIES: Chuck and Serena, Chuck and Lola, Chuck and Ivy, Dan and Lola, Dan and Ivy, Nate and Ivy and if we take into account Rufus and Lily all the combinations with the younger cast. I really don’t think that it’s about gossip girl though.

Number of shocking pregnancies: At least 1
1. [SPOILER ALERT]: Serena, Blair. Serena doesn’t have currently a love interest so that would be shocking and Blair being pregnant two years in a row, not quite possible and shocking.

Number of babies born and/or adopted: At least 2
1. Lily and Marshall/How I Met Your Mother
2. [SPOILER ALERT]: Since now, the only stable couple of the show is Dair, I don’t think they would adopt.

Number of couples reuniting: At least 3
1. 90210
2. [SPOILER ALERT]:Rufus and Lily and/or Chuck and Blair and/or Dan and Serena and/or Serena and Nate and/or Nate and Lola.
3. [SPOILER ALERT]

Number of breakups/divorces: At least 4
1. [SPOILER ALERT]: Dan and Blair. I don’t know if Rufus and Lily can be counted in that category since they have broken up before the May swips start.

1. [SPOILER ALERT]: Only Nate has a typical job. Chuck is a businessman so I doubt he would get fired/ resign.

1.  [SPOILER ALERT]: Serena. So many things have been happening to her lately and we know she would have a big storyline in the finale.

1. [SPOILER ALERT]: The only possible suspects right now are Dan and Blair or Nate and Lola if they get together in the next episodes. Another remote possibility is Chuck and Blair.

After considerations, I eliminated all the possibilities that seemed far-fetched or impossible, so the list becomes:

Number of couples having sex for the first time: At least 1

POSIBILITIES: Chuck and Serena, Chuck and Lola, Chuck and Ivy, Dan and Lola, Dan and Ivy, Nate and Ivy and if we take into account Rufus and Lily all the combinations with the younger cast. I really don’t think that it’s about gossip girl though.

1. [SPOILER ALERT]: Serena, Blair. Serena doesn’t have currently a love interest so that would be shocking and Blair being pregnant two years in a row, not quite possible and shocking.  Baby drama again?! Don’t think so

Number of breakups/divorces: Dan and Blair. I don’t know if Rufus and Lily can be counted in that category since they have broken up before the May sweeps start.

Number of resurrections and/or big returns: We know that one of the places Gossip Girl holds is this one, as Bart Bass is coming back. We don’t know how or why but the actor is back. IT’S A SURE THING!

Number of characters falling off the wagon:Serena. So many things have been happening to her lately and we know she will have a big storyline in the finale.
